Installation Instructions:
- Jack up the vehicle and secure it on jack stands.
- Remove the rear differential cover and drain the oil.
- Remove the driveshaft from the vehicle.
- Remove the pinion nut from the pinion shaft.
- Remove the pinion yoke from the pinion shaft.
- Remove the old outer pinion bearing from the pinion shaft.
- Clean the pinion shaft and install the new outer pinion bearing.
- Install the pinion yoke onto the pinion shaft and torque the pinion nut to the proper specifications.
- Reinstall the driveshaft.
- Refill the rear differential with the proper oil and replace the cover.
- Lower the vehicle and test drive to ensure proper installation.
