Installation Instructions:

Before starting, ensure that the vehicle is parked on a flat and stable surface, and all occupants have vacated the area.

Locate the front strut on your 2015-2019 Ford Transit 150, 250 or 350. It is typically located near the front wheel assembly.

Using a lug wrench or socket set, loosen the lug nuts on the wheel that is being serviced.

Lift the vehicle using a jack and secure it using jack stands.

Remove the lug nuts and the wheel from the vehicle.

Locate the upper strut mount under the hood of the vehicle. Using a socket set, remove the bolts securing the strut to the mount.

Move to the bottom of the strut assembly. Remove the bolt and nut that are securing the strut to the steering knuckle.

Once the bolts and nuts have been removed, carefully pull the strut assembly away from the vehicle.

Take the new genuine Ford Transit front strut and align it with the upper mount and steering knuckle in the same location as the old one.

Secure the new strut assembly onto the vehicle by reinstalling the bolts and nuts that were removed in step 6 and 7.

Replace the wheel and lug nuts, and lower the vehicle back onto the ground.

Tighten the lug nuts in a star pattern to the recommended torque specification.

Test the suspension to ensure proper function.

Once you are satisfied with the installation, clean up any debris.
